La Perla de la Heredia, La Perla de la Bahia and Monte Mayor – three residential projects in Southern Spain, each with its own identity and logo. The owner, who also offered holiday rental properties in the French Dordogne, had ambitions of expanding his real estate operations. There was a clear need for a shared identity and profile. This was achieved with launch of the La Perla Developers corporate name and logo, under which the current – and future – properties could be marketed.
